Prof. Dr. Nur Azurah Abd Ghani is a pioneering Obstetrician and Gynaecologist, recognized as Malaysia's first trained specialist in Paediatric and Adolescent Gynaecology (PAG). She established the nation's first PAG clinic, leading to international recognition for training centers. Her expertise encompasses complex menstrual disorders, PCOS, Mullerian anomalies, and the gynaecological care of girls with intellectual disabilities. As an executive board member of FIJIG, she holds significant international standing and contributes to research on the microbiome in gynaecological diseases. With leadership roles including Head of the Department of Obstetrics & Gynaecology at Hospital Canselor Tuanku Muhriz UKM, she brings extensive experience and a unique focus on specialized adolescent gynaecological care.
