My dad had a big fall at home with a big cut on his eye brow. We had to rush to A&E to stop his bleeding. The nurses and MO were very helpful, specially a nurse named Udah (hope I got her name right). The cut was so big on my dad’s eye brow we needed a plastic surgeon to stitch on him. Dr Yap Lok Huei was so kind to come all the way to work his magic on my dad’s cut. Everything went very well and quick. We had our covid test and once we got the results my dad was pushed in to OT. Thank you to the nurses at ward 5G for their care.

My aunt was at an appointment with Dr Yap Lok Hooi and her bp was taken before she was to see the dr. She registered a 200 something over 100 something. Instead of sending her to the emergency ward for observation, they proceeded with her seeing Dr Yap. After making payment, she was then asked to walk to the emergency ward. And all that with a reading of 200 something over 100 something. I am so appalled. On the other hand, when the front desk in the emergency ward was alerted to her high bp reading, they were very quick to react. They immediately wheeled her into the observation room and started monitoring her while waiting for a dr to check on her.

I recently was admitted to Prince Court Hospital. The caring, diligent and attentive ward staff were wonderful. All the staffing team made my stay before, during and after surgery as carefree as possible. Every step of the way I was supported by my specialist Dr Yap Lok Huei and his team. The food menu has a good selection, the room clean, spacious and had all amenities I needed. A little pricier but it is a private hospital in KL. I would highly recommend it for anyone considering future surgeries.

Could not have been happier with the facilities, staff and treatment. Outstanding care and commitment, and the cost savings over what I would have paid in US is incredible. Well worth the trip! Special thanks to Samantha Heddy and Dr. Yap for all their care and attention.

The doctors and nurses were very professional and gentle. My facial wound received professional treatment from Dr. Yap Loke Huei, and the healing and recovery results are very good. Thank you to the doctors and nurses for their professional service. Areas for improvement suggested for the hospital include long waiting times, even exceeding an hour, during the billing process and when patients are escorted back to their wards from the consultation room.
