Since I moved to Malaysia, I’ve suffered from severe rhinitis and esophagitis. I visited several hospitals but I can say sure that this hospital is the best.. Firstly, reservation is very comfortable since it’s carried about via Whatsapp. They are incredibly fast and kind. Secondly, my doctor is very professional and careful! He is Dr. Loo Chun Pin. I think I am very lucky to meet him. Without him, I might be suffering from my chronic diseases.. He has been trying his best to remedy me… Finally, there is a translator service available. From time to time, I use this service and Ms. Celyn Chiang Khang Nee must be one of them. If you are foreigner, don’t be afraid of visiting this hospital since Mr. Celyn will help you from the start to the end..

I've been a regular patient at Parkcity Medical Center since 2016. All my kids are under specialists at this hospital (kudos to Dr. Salehudin for taking good care of my kids). As time passes and as I age, I need various specialists' care, and I have no second thoughts about which hospital to choose. It will always be PMC. I was admitted last week (again), and I would like to convey my gratitude to Dr. Cheah Pooi Pooi, Dr. Loo, Dr. Kesumawati, physio therapists, and the nurses at 6A for their great care. I had impacted earwax which resulted in my temporary partial hearing loss. Went to Dr Loo for a consultation! Within 10 minutes my earwax is gone. He is very professional in handling my matter. Even though the price quoted is slightly higher, but this saves me from bearing all sorts of unnecessary pain of earwax suction. The only thing that I think there is room for improvement is the payment procedure. It took about 15 minutes waiting time to make my payment. Other than that, I am very satisfied with the service!
