I was admitted to AHNS through the Emergency Department for viral high fever and later stayed in PW2A for 5 days. From the very beginning, the care I received was excellent. Dr Evelyn Marie in the Emergency Department was calm, professional, and reassuring, which helped ease my worries during a very stressful time. Once admitted to the ward, Dr Dheepa and Dr Sharmila continued the care with great compassion and thoroughness. Her clear explanations, attentiveness, and genuine concern played a huge role in my recovery and gave me peace of mind throughout my stay. The nurses in PW2A were truly wonderful — kind, patient, and extremely accommodating. Their constant attention and gentle care made me feel safe, supported, and well looked after at all times. The single-bedded room was comfortable and surprisingly affordable. It was clean, cozy, and provided a quiet, private space that allowed me to rest properly and recover well. I would also like to compliment the hospital food, which was healthy, fresh, and well prepared, adding to the overall positive experience. I am deeply grateful to the entire AHNS team for their dedication, care, and humanity. Thank you for turning a difficult experience into a comforting and positive one. This experience will always be remembered.

I was warded at Hospital Aurelius Nilai, Ward 1B, under Dr. Dheepa. The place is clean and comfortable, food was decent, and the nurses and staff were all very kind and gentle. Everyone made me feel calm and taken care of. This is my first time ever being admitted to a hospital in my 30 years of life, and honestly, it was a really good experience. Dr. Dheepa was great, very caring and explained everything clearly and patiently. Really thankful for the treatment and care I received here 🤍 Thank you to the whole team 💙

Had a very good experience at Hospital Aurelius Negeri Sembilan. From the ED, the staff were very polite, attentive, and handled my case well. I was admitted to Ward Level 2 (two-bedded ward). The room was comfortable with good facilities, and the nurses were fantastic—very caring and attentive throughout my stay. Special thanks to Dr. Dheepa for her kindness and professionalism. She was friendly, polite, and explained everything clearly, which really helped put me at ease. Overall, I’m glad I came to this hospital, especially after having a difficult experience at another hospital’s ED in Bangi. Highly recommended.
