I've visited Dr. Simon Huang multiple times, both as a visitor and as a patient, & Ive never had a negative experience. The medical staff consistently provide excellent care & communicate politely, whether in person or over the phone. Recently I had an endoscopy appointment but Dr. Simon & her team efficiently arranged the entire procedure. I booked my appointment 1 week in advance & received clear instructions including details abt insurance coverage. My admission process was also smooth. I want to sincerely thank everyone involved, including the nurses who are very gentle in their approach. While some ppl may encounter issues at the receptionist area, I believe it's important not to act entitled like karen. Understanding + respecting each other's roles can lead to a positive experience overall.

Great hospitality and staffs are efficient. Done my OGDS and Colonscopy here and would like to thank Dr Simon Huang clinic for the great experience. I don't have to wait very long for the consultation and the procedure is arranged on the very next day. Staffs promptly follow up on my insurance claim and make sure I am well taken care of throughout my stay in the hospital. Marketing staffs are very detailed and patiently follow up on my enquiry on the services and always provide extra miles service to assist me on several matters. I am also patient of rheumatologist Dr Teh and O&G Dr Philip and so far the outpatient and stay in experience has been great with this hospital.
