I have heard many negative reviews but I only have praises for the hospital. Last year, my wife gave birth to our baby at the Hospital. Her gynae, Dr. Nurhazinat is a very attentive and kind doctor who spent her time listening carefully to our questions and advised us on what to do and what not to do. During delivery (c-sec), I was allowed into the OT and I could see how professional the doctors and nurses inside the OT were. Now, we have our regular baby check-up at Thomson too and the paed, Dr See BT is a great doctor who always give us suggestions and attend to our queries. Yes, the hospital has a lot of patients (which make it feels like a government hospital - but which private hospital nowadays doesn't?) but if we have courtesy to others, they will attend to us with courtesy too and so far, the service, for me is very good.
