My baby suddenly developed a high fever and began having seizures — it was one of the most terrifying moments of my life. I rarely write Google reviews, but I would like to extend my thanks to the entire ED team for their care during my cousin's visit here over Chinese New Year. We arrived while my cousin was experiencing difficulty breathing. Dr. Syafiq and his team attended to her immediately and provided treatment. He explained the diagnosis and treatment clearly. After about an hour, Dr. Ravind, who was the doctor in charge of the next shift, came to explain her blood test results. The entire process—from registration, triaging, and treatment to discharge—was smooth. Kudos to the team!
