From the initial visit to admission to the ward and subsequent follow-up treatment, everything proceeded well. The explanations regarding my child's condition from Dr. Rosliza and Dr. Phang were easy for me to understand.

Dr. Ding and Monusha have been the best since my son was admitted to the ward with jaundice when he was one day old. We still see them now. Their service and care are excellent and outstanding!!! My baby was admitted to this ward twice. Both pediatricians were great and very friendly. The doctors in the ED were also very helpful and provided excellent service. The nurses were not stern and were always willing to help. The pharmacist explained every medication very clearly. My baby enjoyed the treatment here... he did not develop trauma with healthcare professionals.
