Hey people. I would like to share my personal experience giving birth here. Hospital staff ( my doc she is the star ! My doc name is doc norneza ) shes is very professional and easy going person . She helps me a lot during my treatment and delivery! Im having czer btw. Nurse and midwife ! Oh my … they are the angels . Never judge you and super helpfull . And the midwife. There are few there. But the 1 that i remember her name is MakNora . Believe me, there are superhelpfull for us especially for us that are “new mom” . The ward and the hospital conditions is good and pleasant. Very comfortable.clean and spacious. The ambiance very calm and peaceful. During the operation, my husband can be together with me in the OT. “ but please be advice, taking photo or video of the surgery is forbidden ( why u want to take picture of ur internal organs ) but taking ur baby picture and ur wife face during the operation is allowed 🤣 ) The most important here is the bill charges, im having my c-section , checkin since 13/7/23 and check out on 15/7/23 and the total bill not even near 10k . Very affordable !!!!! Dear people , please please and please come . Kindly get ur treatment here. Basically this hospital giving exclusive and excellent treatment to all patients with affordable charges 😍 . Definitely im coming again here to get my treatment and yes I recommend this hospital to everyone ❤️😘 …

Rating this for gynae and maternity dept. I giving birth to my first baby here after site visiting and reviewing so many hospital in Klang Valley. First time visit O&G specialist, Dr noorneeza terus confirm want to deliver here 😂 Personally she treat me like a family. Motherly figure. She explained everything and even ask me and mom if any question (since I'm going here with my mom). She and her team are very professional. I born my baby LSCS because breach but she explained in detail all the risk involved and even came to me personally because I was crying (nervous of course) to choose baby dob. In OT waiting area, she came to me and sit beside me and motivate me. The staff nurse, midwife in ward also accommodating. Overall I highly recommended to give birth here. Hope MSU still providing affordable package in the future. Kudos to the team.

Monday morning check-in, my wife gave birth before Maghrib. Alhamdulillah, our daughter Syaidatul Khadijah was born. The package was affordable compared to other hospitals for normal delivery, MYR 3800++ all-in from the original package of MYR 2888. The nurses were friendly, acting as babysitters for a while while I was in the labour room accompanying my wife. Plus, Dr. Noraneza was calm and very professional in handling my wife's case of postpartum hemorrhage. Super duper extraordinary service. I recommend the team; InsyaaAllah, many will switch and give birth at MSU Medical... Alhamdulillah, everything is safe... all by the grace of Allah... The room was complete for a single room. Thank you very much; if there were 10 stars, I would sincerely give 12 ⭐. The best! Thank you, Allah, for bringing me to good people.

Alhamdulillah, my antenatal check ups to the delivery of my baby girl here were commendable. All the staff were professional, kind and helpful. They made sure I was comfortable and at ease throughout my time here. Also, special thanks to Dr Noorneza for being the best doctor we could ever ask for our first pregnancy experience.
