I was admitted for 8 days the service was good I have consulted 3 doctors the best was my gynaecologist Dr Jeeva and I have consulted Orthopaedic specialist Dr Muthu the worst no advice were given properly while I’m admitted it self no any clear explanation and he ordered me to go for physio and I’m having a very bad back pain and he’s not tolerating at all when I wants to asked for MC after my physio he was asking to ask the primary doctor and that doctor Dr Foo KK was telling this is not my case anymore she’s having back pain and I already referred to orthopaedic Dr Muthu went to his clinic again the front desk nurse said the same thing even after hearing from Dr Foo. I’m very disappointed and I just left I supposed to go for physio and I stopped since I didn’t get a proper advice from Dr Muthu and went to another specialist now.

I am very satisfied with the service at this hospital. I was treated by Prof. Dato Yip Cheng Har, who was very responsive and helpful, as well as Dr. Foo. All the chemo daycare nurses & ms.Elaine Low as Cancer Care Coordinator also gave me great attention and provided peace of mind during the chaotic moments of undergoing chemotherapy. Great job, SJMC! :)

Actually I have 1st visit at sjmc 17Mar to see Dr Daphne Anthonysamy for my wife breast cancer consultation very patient and good explanation on my wife condition however staff attend to me wasn't that friendly anyway 2nd consultation on 20Mar with Dr Foo oncologist also very good I would like to pay special thumb up to Ms Elaine Low Cancer care coordinator on her prompt & responsive to communicate with others dept on my needs, since day 1 she hv approach us on our worry & uncertainty let us feel comfortable & peace of mind Thank you sjmc to set up such dept & selection of right person to do the fantastic job Not to forget Mandy from Insurance team for her call & explained on GL matters Looking forward for my wife Chemotherapy on 3Apr with more friendly & helpful staff

I want to say a big thank you to Dr Foo Kin Keong and his team for the emergency operation on me at 4 in the morning last week and the subsequent treatment for saving my life. After successful life saving treatments for my son in 2007 and my wife in 2019, SJMC was our top choice and now in 2025 it was my turn to be saved. I cannot emphasize how important it is to have one of the best medical team and facilities in the country for immediate diagnosis and treatment. They also have a top notch ICU, nurse and rehab team and also nutritionist to care and make sure you recover well. Housekeeping was also excellent in keeping the rooms clean and spotless. My recovery was quick and I hope to finish my treatment in 6 months' time. Well done SJMC, keep up the good work, and thank you so much❤️
