Had an event organised by my condo Palm Court RS Com. Indeed it was a very good session. It was so nice to have Dr Hafiz here, giving a very good talk and insights of the importance of bone health. The team was also very helpful, especially Irene who was pleasant and nice to talk to. Thank you

On 10th August 2024, I brought my grandma to OSC in Da Men Mall due to a bone fracture from a fall. We were recommended to see Dr. Hafiz by Azaria from customer care, and I'm so glad we followed her advice. All the staff and nurses especially Marina were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the entire experience smooth and stress free. Dr. Hafiz was polite and patient, taking the time to thoroughly explain everything and ensuring we understood the treatment plan. He took an x-ray and prescribed some painkillers. A special mention to Azaria, who showed great responsibility and friendliness throughout our visit. She went above and beyond to assist with all the procedures, and her support made a big difference. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the care we received and would highly recommend Da Men OSC to anyone in need of services.

Dr. Hafiz provided a very detailed explanation regarding the slipped disc issue I am facing and offered the best consultation for the appropriate treatment methods I should undergo during the treatment and post-operation recovery period for optimal healing. Additionally, all the staff nurses on duty in the surgical ward provided excellent service to me during my stay in the ward for the treatment period. Thank you.
