Thank you very much for a great service to all PHAK team specialy to Doctor Ahmad Riaz, physio therapist Miss Low Pei , all the nurses at the third floor , staff nurse, Sister.and customer relations Miss Sharon.. Infract where ever I go or walk around the staff greet me .. that is very nice... Enjoy the hospitalaty..... When ever I have any unsatisfied situation all team members will try to retify the issue ASAP and with thier best. My only concern or room of improvement is .. I had been admitted many times.. my untitlement is two bedded room.. but never once I get it... hope there improvement on that. I hope with the new building which are ready to operate.. I can see improvement on that... I do suggest that in the future you add an complementary small fruit basket for man, small table flower bouquet for ladies💐 , healthy diet cookies for kids... That will make PHAK stand out from other Hospitals... This can be handle by in-house staff to save your cost...
