Followed up for my third pregnancy with Dr Imelda Balchin. The service and care provided were outstanding. The appointments were managed efficiently by the friendly clinic assistant, Ms Afiqah. Dr Imelda made sure her patient understand all options & risk involved. She gave a thorough explanation for each of the option and counselled accordingly. The delivery process was smooth, she handled unexpected situation very professionally. The hospital room was clean and comfortable. All nursing staff are so helpful and competent. All in all, a very pleasant experience of maternity care in this hospital.

No ethics at all. The doc (cardiologist) behaved as racist. We were waited for 2 hours but he simply bringing in a Chinese man for consultation who came after us. Not recommended at all. Never been experienced such a bad experience in any other private hospital.

A nice experience indeed starting with a late visit to the A&E on 21 July night with my 83 yo mother having a high BP spike. The MO on duty, Dr William Yap made quick and suitable assessments that stabilized her bp and his demeanor help to calm her and all of us considerably. We then arranged for an appointment with cardiologist Dr Tiang SW. The registration process and the reasonably short wait for our turn was another pleasant surprise. All of us and more importantly my mother was happy with how Dr Tiang dealt with her medical history and the time he took to discuss her condition. Even the general KPJ staff were quick to direct us first timers and to assist in making the visit amiable. Kudos to the administration of KPJ Damansara.
