Dr Yoon L L attitude to patient is extremely bad. A doctor should be personable and empathetic, but her behavior towards my mother letting our family down. When we feel poorly, we visit doctor with high hopes, trusting that she will help us. We bring her our concerns, history and questions. In exchange, we expect answers, but doctor doesn’t seem interested in answering except that the surgery costs will be very high. She just makes us feel like we can‘t affort the huge amount of the treatment and then asked us to leave because her clinic going to closed soon. The worst doctor i have met!!

Very bad experience with one of the doctor here - Dr. Yoon from cardiology. She was not giving us detailed explanation for my husband's condition. She came with all the informed treatments or checks that makes my husband very worried. She is not spending time to explain what are the potential causes for my husband's condition and what are the options we have for the situation. When we ask a bit more questions, the way she answers was trying to make us feel dumb - such as "I don't understand what you're trying to ask", with her impatience expression. She is really lack of professionalism as a doctor because a doctor should not expect your patient to speak doctor language and you should be showing empathy for the situation. My husband is now treated in other hospital, and the doctor has even provided his whatsaspp number in case we have any questions and messaged my husband to ask how he feels after taking the prescribed medicines, this should be the standard. All I felt with SMC is just too commercialised like most people commented (which we doubted before admitted), now it has proven to us it's true. Very diasaponting.
