I was quite nervous before the procedure, but the doctor and team were very reassuring and professional. Even by the 2nd day after surgery, I didn't experienced pain at all, which honestly exceeded my expectations. Recovery has been going smoothly so far. Really grateful for the excellent care and outcome. Highly recommended. Dr Anand I would also like to sincerely thank Dr. Anand Kamalanathan, the anesthetist, for the excellent care throughout my surgery experience. He was very friendly, attentive, and explained every detail clearly before the procedure, which made me feel much more reassured and comfortable. The only discomfort I experienced was a dry throat from fasting for more than 8 hours before surgery, which was understandable. Surprisingly, after the surgery, I did not experience any throat ulcer or significant throat pain at all. Really appreciate Dr. Anand’s professionalism and careful care. Highly recommended.

Immense gratitude to Dr. Yazzid & Dr. Anand, the surgical team, and the surgical ward nurses who cared for me and managed my needs excellently and brilliantly. The service was outstanding, and the ward was comfortable and pleasant.

This is my second experience for treatment at KPJ Klang. If it's an orthopedic specialist, it must be Dr. Yazid, who is very friendly. He speaks fast but provides complete explanations, which is helpful. This time I stayed in room 623 on level 6. So far, it's been great. All the nurses are good. There was one nurse who was plump, I don't remember her name, she was very kind. Sister Ivanna and her team are easy to ask for help and calm when dealing with my behavior. I will stay here again. Parking is easy, especially with a Tesla, it's convenient to charge the car. The security guards are also good, some are friendly. I also can't forget the anesthesiologist, Dr. Anand, who is also great. If there are any allergies or issues with anesthesia, Dr. Anand is the best for explanations. He is understanding. I also can't forget the customer service, Ms. Kaulsay, who is good and quickly tackles problems. One thing I like about KPJ Klang is that it's not as crowded as Damansara or others. It's also easy to make appointments. All the staff are helpful. I mentioned the room smelled bad, and they put a lot of perfume. When I was about to register, someone had left an underarm odor. Thank you, KPJ Klang, for the good service.

Im staying in Surgical ward so far so good nurses treating me well. De anand good explanation on anaesthesia. Dr jamuna and dr shir li jer is nice and treatment is good ad well. Enjoy my stay here.
