Nurse Marlia then insisted that my wife remove her clothing to clean the jelly residue from her abdomen and breasts. 🥲 Ultimately, my wife complained to the hospital manager, Nazri, about this unpleasant experience. Manager Nazri stated he would help resolve my wife's complaint. However, by the time my wife was discharged from the hospital, her issue remained unresolved. Initially, Manager Nazri said he would arrange for my wife to meet with Nurse Marlia. However, my wife waited until the afternoon and was still not introduced, with the reason given being that Nurse Marlia was attending to other patients. Later, my wife was met by another staff member who explained that Nurse Marlia was waiting for my wife to ask for tissues, but my wife had not asked her for tissues and had already cleaned herself using the patient gown.
