    I had a very good experience seeking treatment for my severe neck pain. Dr. Siva Thangaraju was very professional, friendly, and took the time to clearly explain my condition and treatment options in a way that was easy to understand. I felt reassured and well cared for throughout the consultation. Nurse Pida was also very kind, friendly, and attentive, making the entire experience comfortable and pleasant. I truly appreciate the care and support provided by both Dr. Siva Thangaraju and Nurse Pida. Highly recommended. Customer Service Ms Lim Bee Yuan - She’s friendly and helpful.     Went to BTMC for Tendon cut.surgery done under Dr Siva Thanggaraju (Ortho).From ED,Radiology,Laboratory,Customre Service,Billing,Admision,OT,Surgical ward all went on very well and super fast...staff courteous and caring.Thanks BTMC
