I would like to express my utmost gratitude to Dr. Hoe, Kak Jue and Intan for their excellent and professional services. Dr. Hoe has been our children’s pediatrician for the past 10 years, and we couldn't ask for a better doctor. Always kind, patient, and thorough — he makes every visit comfortable for both kids and parents. Kak Jue and Intan always gave us warm welcomes, very helpful and friendly. I would like to thank Dr. Hoe Tuck Sang and Assistant Doctors Kak Ju and Kak Intan for facilitating my child's swift admission to the ward and for receiving excellent care at KPJ. Throughout this year, my child has frequently been unwell and we have always checked into KPJ. So far, the service and treatment provided have been very good and satisfactory. Dr. Hoe ensures my child is healthy before discharge. I am extremely satisfied with the treatment Dr. Hoe has provided for my child. If my child is unwell, we will go directly to Dr. Hoe and not to any other clinic. We were once referred to a clinic closer to home, but it wasn't effective. We will definitely go back to Dr. Hoe. The nurses in the KPJ ward also treat patients well. Thank you all for providing the best service.
