Melvin and his partner at International customer desk were extraordinary helpful with Visa extension. This will be amongst a wonderful memories of this beautiful place called Penang. My wife and I both went through treatment here and now brought our children and grandsons for dental check up here during their visit from USA. To be honest there are so many others who also provided genuine care in this place. Came to Island hospital at night due to an emergency and got a good treatment. I was panic as the injury happen to my baby but the doctor came in fast and explained to us calmly and positively what need to be done next. Got immediate treatment and fast attention were given even at night 2.30am where the doctor walk into the ward to make sure everything is fine. Clear explanation were given for all the doubts that we have. As a parent, felt very much safe and the assurance that the baby is recovering.
