Dr John Low Seng Hooi Clinic at level 8 oncology always very very very very damn slow with don't even know what we are actually waiting for and no one trying to guide and inform what is going on. The whole registration and waiting process is mess. But nurses are all friendly.

Dear PHKL & all, Good day Over the past two years, my mum has received truly exceptional care at Pantai Hospital Kuala Lumpur. I want to express my deepest gratitude first to Dr. Dawn, whose expertise, attentiveness, and genuine care have been at the heart of my mum’s treatment. Also many thanks to Nurse Dayangku, whose kindness, genuine care and patience have been truly comforting, as well as to Daisy, Izzati, and all the other wonderful members of the Skin Department who have supported my mum with such professionalism and warmth during her skin and scalp treatments. A heartfelt thanks also to the Diabetes Specialist and Dietitian Ms. Kamal, whose kind heart, clear explanations, and thoughtful guidance on food intake have been a huge support for my mum’s health and daily well-being. Of course, our deepest and most heartfelt appreciation goes especially to Dr. John Low and Dr. Wong, whose expertise and dedication have been absolutely vital to my mum’s recovery. Their attentive care, together with the support of the wonderful Day Care nurses, has made every visit not only effective but also truly comforting for her. Thank you all for not only treating my mum’s conditions, but also for caring for her with such warmth, respect, and compassion. Your professionalism, kindness, and teamwork have made a big difference in our lives. 💐❤️ Thank you very much. Best regards VLun Chua

I felt this doctor is careless and unprofessional. He expects patients to research their condition, how and when to follow up with him but gets upset when you ask questions or bring up earlier research. Very contradictory behaviours. Doesn’t inform of possible side effects, especially long term, and brushes off any reports of side effects. Essentially keeps quiet when patient is addressing these side effects, makes it seem they are unrelated to drugs. With all this unapproachable attitude blames patient for not seeing him regularly. Lastly, nurses are not on the alert for side effects. Appointment timings are not respected, waiting time is not acceptable. Very passive aggressive and arrogant attitude. And overall horrible experience. Would be forgiving if he was a better treating doctor, but not with mediocre care he provides Dr Low Seng Hooi treating doctor.

Appreciate very much the care and attention given by Dr Wong Fung Chu, Dr John Low, the Radiotherapy team, the Admissions team, and the nurses of Ward 2c. The Gamma team worked well to make me feel comfortable and relaxed, explaining the procedure clearly at every step. The experience was enhanced by having a coordinator like Ginie Ng who was assigned to my case from the very beginning. That she was communicating with me, providing me clear schedules and an understanding of what to expect and answering all my questions, was immensely helpful. Thank you SunMed!
