I would like to take this opportunity to appreciate all the staff involved while I was admitted to Columbia Asia Setapak on October 22, 2024. The process of admission and discharging was smooth and without any hassle. I also like to comment on the excellence attitude and professionalism of all the nurses in Room 50. Thank you all, PCA Aishah and SN Afiqah and SN Sufiyzza who were courteous and friendly. Their services were of great excellence. Also I thank you SN Sabirah, SN Najiha, SN Puvana who attended to me during night shift. Thank you Dr. Fayyadh for being so caring. Thank you Dr Naveen for your kindness and humor. Dr. Fayyadhah and nurses in the ER attended me real quick. The ER is OK. Waiting there 9 hours, including examinations and specialist review, before admitted to ward because it was full. The food was great, suitable for patient. The ward was comfortable too. The access from the parking to the lobby and ward was easy too but the parking rates was high.

The doctors and the nurses were kind especially dr.Wan from emergency was very kind, warm and easy to talk to. I tan from the pharmacy department was also very sweet and hospitable towards me . Other than the long wait for the urine results,everything else was good .

Super helpful staff members. Syahirah at Radiology Department gave an in-depth explanation on the current health promotion. Nurse Hawa,Dr Fayyadh and Sarah were happy to answer all my questions regarding my overall health and dietary issues. Short waiting time, I had an overall excellent experience here.
