Went to see Dr Siva - ortho, for check up. Well received by the reception and his nurse. Everything went smoothly and saw him and reassured me about my condition of O.A. Bi-lateral H.Gel were given. No pain and everything was over n medicine was collected. What a breeze. Though I wish parking could be handled more efficiently. A pleasant visit I must say. Datin COP.

Dr Siva and Rohana are an amazing team in the orthopedic department! They were compassionate and attentive at helping me with my torn meniscus and throughout the whole surgery and recovery process.

I have been a patient of PHKL since 2012 and have met with various specialist from different department. My doctors are Dato Fahmi, Dr Juita, Dr Amir Hamzah, Dr Harwant, Dr Saladina, Dr Azam, Dr Pabrinder, Dr Helmy, Dr John and few more doctors. Also to all nurses yg baik hati helping me to manage and remind me of my appointments. Above all, I would love to express a special gratitude to Dr Azman Raffiq. He is the best neurosurgeon ever! He helps me with my nerve pain, leg and back pain with the right treatment and surgery. He also helps me to treat my severe migraine. I feel comfortable talking to him and he is a very attentive doctor. He will listen to all your health issues without judgement and he will always giving his best advice to his patient. I was warmly greeted by Dr Harwant Singh (Orthopaedics) Nurse Shura. Nurse Shura very quickly did my paperwork, and directed me to Dr Harwant’s office. My care was beyond excellent. I had a whiplash injury from a road traffic accident. Dr Harwant explained all in terms that a non medical individual could fully understand. An MRI was recommended. Back came nurse Shura,. By the time I went to pay my bill at the front desk, Nurse Shura had completed my appointment for the same evening for my MRI. A follow up the next day to review my MRI was done in a similar manner. Nurse Shura with a bright welcoming smile, wonderful efficiency, and a care in how I was feeling, after the traffic accident. Whilst we all rely on our Doctors, so much is done by their nursing team, to ensure we as patients are well cared for. Nurse Shura has exemplified that notion. Together Nurse Sura, Dr Harwant Singh, and Pantai Hospital have given me great confidence in my care and treatment.
