Highly not recommended to anyone who plan for first time visit Dr Chuah clinic. The main issue is not doctor but the nurse who is bias to prioritize their existing patient to be in queue earlier than first visit patient. Think twice if you plan to visit here, make sure you have full day time for waiting, bring food with you, anticipate poor treatment by the counter nurse and be prepared to be entertained the last even though you came early with appointment. Waited at the clinic since 8am till 1pm (5 hours waiting) and never get to call for my turn. Upon asking, nurse claimed that prioritize post natal patient but couldn't explain to me other pregnant ladies who came after me cutting queue to visit doctor first. Besides, the nurse made assumption and questioned me that why changed doctor since this is my first visit here. I was surprised to be asked so since I have made online appointment since Sep 21 but only got free slot for visit in Jan 22. Shouldn't a first time visit patient to be served properly instead of simply making assumptions and intentionally leaving the first time patient to be the last to visit doctor? This will be the first and last for me to visit this clinic again. Hope the nurse can do self reflection for such biasness in treating the patient which discourage other new patient from visiting Dr Chuah clinic in future and definitely won't recommend any pregnant ladies to waste time waiting here.

The nurse of Dr. Chuah Bee Poh was very rude, impolite, and sarcastic to all first-timer patients here. As the first thing she said was, “Why is everyone standing here (in front of her desk)? Sini Pasar Malam ke?” I’m completely speechless with such professionalism shown by the nurse. Wanted to check her name but she didn’t have a name tag with her. Terrible manner, and terrible customer service! I mean, seriously? If people were to know what to do as first-timers, they wouldn’t even want to stand and wait for more indications on where to go, and what to do. Unfortunately, there are still so many rooms for improvement for our medical industry in terms of services & professionalism in Malsysia. As a nurse, you’re supposed to make patients feel comfortable and well-informed with all things needed to get ready before seeing doctors. Telling people off by mentioning Pasar Malam will not make your works easier. Hey nurse, please respect yourself and respect all patients by having good manners to everyone. Because what you do and say reflects badly on Dr Chuah.

Seriously need to rethink again if you're considering Dr.Chuah Bee Poh as your gynae. His waiting time is too painfully long each visit, at least 3.5 to 4 hrs. I arrived to check-in for my 3pm apt at 1.30pm and left to kill time nearby and returned after 2 hrs but still no where near my turn. My turn was at 5.10pm. Gynaes really think their patients have nothing better to do. At least put a cap on the number of patients per day instead of taking in too many per day. Update: I've found another gynae after this incident.
