I was referred to Pantai Hospital for an MRI recently by CVS KL. The service was good and smooth (from registration, liaison by hospital staff and the actual MrI). Mr. Anand Shanmugam, Senior Imaging Technologist did a great job by explaining every steps prior to the MRI. He consistently showed care and ensured that I am calm. The MRI went smoothly and the instructions from him were very clear. He also continued to respond to me on the results follow up. Good job there Anand. He explained everything clearly to the family, so those waiting outside didn't have to worry. The procedure report was handled by Datuk Dr. Sanjiv Joshi. The process was quick and there were no issues. Must give great praise. Before the appointment, Mr. Shan thoughtfully notified us in advance which block to register at and which block to park the car in. Before leaving, he also provided us with validated parking.
