I had an appointment with Dr. Luqman at 9:30 am and was asked to do a blood test at 9:00 am. The report, however, only came out at 12:00 pm. When I returned to see Dr. Luqman, I noticed he was walking around and chatting, not attending to his duties. When it was finally our turn, the nurse informed us that Dr. Luqman needed to go for lunch and asked us to either come back at 2:00 pm or reschedule for another day. However, he appeared to be free at that moment. This lack of professionalism and responsibility has caused me to lose confidence in both Dr. Luqman and the hospital's services. I hope the management will take this complaint seriously and address the issue to ensure better service in the future.
