Assoc. Prof. Dr. Jemaima Che Hamzah is a distinguished Consultant Ophthalmologist with a subspecialty in Glaucoma, practicing at UKM Specialist Centre (UKMSC). Her expertise is deeply rooted in extensive research in health services and outcome research for glaucoma and diabetic retinopathy, complemented by pioneering work in internet of things for service delivery. As Deputy Dean of Undergraduate at the Faculty of Medicine, UKM, and a council member of the College of Ophthalmologists Academy of Medicine Malaysia, she demonstrates strong leadership. With a career beginning in 1996, she brings over two decades of experience and a commitment to advancing ophthalmology through research and innovative patient care.
