I had been under follow up with Avisena for my ACL tear since September and had been under the great care of Dr Ahmad Zubair; a very kind and compassionate Dr who is very thorough in explaining about my condition and treat all his patients in a very gentle and non-rushed manner:). Clinic staff were courteous and the environment were super relaxing too:) Had been to ED for another ACL tear last week and was treated by Dr Tg Arizal,; kudos to him, his cheery and relaxed attitude calmed me enough even though the pain was almost unbearable. All in all it was truly an awesome service indeed from the Avisena team. The waiting time was quite fast on all departments and will definitely come here again :) Keep it up!

Environment: Comfortable, perhaps a little busy but still comfortable. Service: Professional, efficient, and good service from the staff. Starting from the registration process to see the doctor, admission to the ward, insurance GL processing, procedure processing, and discharge all went smoothly and in an organized manner. What I liked most was that the waiting time for discharge was not long. Doctor's Expertise: I dealt with Dr. Ahmad Zubair Anis Ahmad, Orthopaedic & Trauma Surgeon. Among the best doctors I have met so far. He was very helpful in ensuring I understood my situation and was always attentive to any questions I had. My thanks also go to my anaesthetist, Dr. Muhd Helmi Azmi, who was very kind and highly empathetic, especially when he was willing to change my cannula to a more comfortable location for me while under full anaesthesia (didn't feel any pain :).
