I would like to express my gratitude to the nurses, sisters, staff, and doctors who assisted me and my family during our medical check-up and treatment at Island Hospital. Thank you to the Customer Service team, especially Ms. Primila and her colleagues, Sister Muru and the team at the I-Health Medical Check-Up Centre. Also, thank you to Mr. David and the X-ray radiology team. Mr. David was very helpful in providing information regarding treatment at Island Hospital. I also wish to thank Dr. Hng Peng Kiat, Dr. Vijaya Barath, Dr. Damian Wong, Dr. Eric Soh, Dr. Chow Chong Check, and all the nurses at the clinic. We are very satisfied with the service provided at Island Hospital. I will definitely recommend Island Hospital to my friends in Manado, Indonesia.

I was was well taken care of by physicians (Dr. Damian Wong & Dato' Dr. Malik. Nurses in attendance were very friendly. Great Information service staff too.

Dr. Damian Wong, a specialist in Internal Medicine (Gastroenterology & Hepatology), and Dr. Danny Ong, also an expert in Internal Medicine, provided me with exceptional psychological support. Both doctors were truly outstanding and played a vital role in helping me through a difficult period, offering care that went beyond physical treatment. Moreover, I'm deeply grateful to the dedicated team of nurses on the 2nd Floor Medical Care Unit, led by Mrs. Murugamal, whose professionalism and compassion I hold in the highest regard. Your compassion and support will deeply remain within me.

My husband stomachache then admitted on 27/7/2023. Stay in 2 bedded room. The patient on another bed totally nobody take care, the machine rang every 2 hours, my husband can't sleep well because of the machine rang every 2 hours, he decide to call nurse every 2 hours. From midnight until next day can't sleep well became headache (migraine). He told nurse headache, can I get pain killer or panadol ? Nurse said not allowed. Only doctor allow. He called me ask me bring panadol for him, I said "WHAT?" Hospital no panadol ? Nurse never ask doctor. When evening time Dr. Damien Wong (gastroenterologist) came to check, my husband told Dr Damian Wong headache, but Dr Damian Wong ignore him. After that said you can discharge already. I'm so curious why headache nobody care ? No medicine ? When I come bring him, he headache until vomit !!! Fortunately, it's not a big problem, just not sleep well became headache. If got anything happen who bare the responsibility ?

Two lovely ladies at reception Lillian and Nurul who were immensely helpful and warm. Thankyou for making my Checkin seamless. And thanks to Dr Damien the Gastroenterologist- what a charming knowledgeable man. I have been several times here across different specialities and (especially for expats) I would highly recommend Island Hospital.
