Yesterday I bring my mom to visit the eye doctor prof Tajunisah her clinic was too busy while waiting, nurse Veni came and told us to go and have some lunch 1st. She did a very good job because old people cannot wait too long. Also she informed us the reason why the waiting was too long and shows genuine respect toward both patients and staff. Her willingness to learn, take initiative, and support her team reflects her strong work ethic. I recognize her kindness, empathy, and the ability to brighten the environment with her warm personality. Very good job to UMSC 👍🏼
