Lift service is super super slow, all staffs knows but do nothing about it, nurses especially in the wad during midnight was horrible, more noisy than patients' visitors and never close your ward's door, many patients complained couldn't sleep, nurse made patient very painful and inexperienced in finding your veins for drips, so many times they need to change and will caused swollen on your hand! Dr.Tan Yu Png's nurse was rude, when she did blood pressure will demand you to take off sweater , when you have emergency diarrhea, she will take her own sweet time to take her wheelchair and still ask you to wait for her staff nurse to be free only bring you down for emergency! Only things good is the food and big TV in the ward, and the housekeepmig aunty on 8th floor is super honest and nice, she will show care and concern while doing her work, also will pick up patients' left behind items and return it and ask the counter to call the patient to come back and take! Others than that, the admission is super slow! I was submitting my info before 1:00pm and finally only get to be approved by 15:47pm, if the person is dying? The most rediculous is the charges is super high and expensive but the doctor's efficiency is questionable!

I have been visiting the gastro clinic and had a really positive experience thanks to Dr. Tan Yu Peng and his nurse, Farhana. Dr. Tan is very warm and friendly, which made it easy to talk to him about my concerns. He treated me with care and professionalism, I appreciate how he focus on what is needed for my condition. It would be even better if he could share a bit more advice on home care or lifestyle tips, but overall, I feel well taken care of. Nurse Farhana is incredibly helpful, always accommodating, and has such a warm, friendly attitude—her constant smile really helped ease my nerves. She made the whole process feel smooth and comfortable. Grateful for the kind and attentive team—thank you both!
