I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the treatment I received at Price Court Hospital, particularly regarding Dr. Gangaram and the management team. My insurance coverage was revoked due to the actions of Dr. Gangaram, who failed to consult with me before submitting a report and even provided a wrong dates, which ultimately triggered my insurance company to revoke coverage. This incident occurred six days after I was admitted to the hospital for cellulitis infection in my right leg on December 30, 2023. Despite the seriousness of my condition, I had to bear 80% of the hospital fees myself due to the negligence of both the management team and Dr. Gangaram. Furthermore, the insurance company suspected that the cellulitis had already occurred before I obtained the insurance policy, which further complicated the situation.
