We are deeply grateful to Perak Community Specialist Hospital for the excellent care our mother received during her stay from 9–13 April after knee replacement surgery. Jeremy Kwong (Welfare) was extremely helpful and responsive, patiently explaining the application process and genuinely caring about the patient, even going the extra mile to answer respond after hour. The surgeon Dr.Ng Jin Tau and anesthesiologist Dr.Yee Meng Kheong were also very patient and clearly explained the procedures and aftercare, which made the entire experience reassuring and smooth.
