Doctors and staff here are FABULOUS! They did laser surgery on my mother-in-law last year and with flying results! Because of this positive experience, we decided to do our annual eye exam here because of the excellent service and were thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and the facilities. Dr Chong Soh Yee provided us with excellent service. Her knowledge and experience made us feel at ease about our eyes health and was able to answer all of our questions and assuage any of our minor concerns! Unbelievably, it was truly a PLEASURE to come and have our eyes examined and looking forward to our next annual checkup! On a side note, the facilities are truly exceptional. There are plenty of washrooms that are sparkling clean. The A/C is set at a very comfortable temperature without being too cold and they provide refreshing Coway purified water at cold, ambient and hot temperatures for your enjoyment and of course some candies! Brought my mom to Ipoh Eye Specialist Centre for her cataract procedure. The staffs are courteous and helpful, short waiting time although lots of patients. Was attended by Dr. Chong Soh Yee who detailed the procedure and processes involved. Each visit and follow up was an ease and my mom was overall satisfied with the services. Definitely the best eye centre in Ipoh.
