Had experienced to deliver my baby boy with Dr. Karen on 11 Mar 2026. The whole process was very smooth from the pre-maternity to maternity and post-maternity. All the staffs there are very helpful by providing their best services in taking care the patient. As a Muslim, I really appreciate as only female staffs (Doctors and Nurses) in charge treating me especially in labour and post-labour. The hospital facilities is good and I had really good rest for three days which help to pace up my recovery process. As for the cost is very reasonable and exactly as what Dr. Karen discussed with me and husband. Sooooo I would like to say my thanks to everyone - Dr. Karen, Dr. Koey, Shiela, Shirley, all the staff from level 2 and 3 for the wonderful maternity journey. Definitely will come again and recommend TMC and Dr. Karen to those seeking for best quality pregnancy care.

Dr. Koay and the team have been providing medical care for my son, Dushanth, since 2022. Each time he is admitted, the service and care provided have been consistently excellent. The staff and doctors are always polite, respectful, and attentive. A special thank you to Dr. Koay for her exceptional expertise and compassion in the field of paediatrics. We are truly satisfied with her treatment approach. She demonstrates a deep understanding of children’s mindset and responds to their needs with great empathy and professionalism.

He was admitted for high fever and viral infection. she is also friendly, explain to us my son's condition/problem clearly so that we're can understand easily.
