Dr. Bong has not only been an exceptional doctor, but also a pillar of strength and compassion for our family during two of the most challenging times in our lives. His genuine concern, patience, and kindness went far beyond our expectations. He always took the time to explain every detail with clarity and empathy, never rushing, and always making sure we felt supported and informed. Dr. Bong's professionalism, dedication, and warm demeanor truly made a difficult journey more bearable for my father and for all of us. We are incredibly thankful to have had such a caring and capable doctor by our side. Thank you, Dr. Bong, for your heart, your skill, and your humanity. I always support Sunway, always feel Sunway is the Best Hospital in my heart. I even delivered baby in Sunway last 2 years+ ago was happy with the services. Today I feel so bad after met Dr.Bong Jan Jing in his Clinic Room: B-1-25A. I sent my maid Rose to Sunway during Saturday night, suspect appendix. Due to emergency case, so we send to nearby hospital. On Sunday, I didn't receive any call even report out. Since Rose is my maid, Im employer so I have right to know everything and I did mentioned please remember to call me when report is ready even in mid night emergency, But no one was call me whole night even Sunday morning. Next day, I reached 1200 afternoon, but they told me Doctor was come in just now, they push patient to the OT. After done Operation, i get called from ward said done operation and she in room right now. Today 5th Apr, morning I received call from ward said she can discharge today. From the Saturday until today, I did not meet the Dr. Bong at all. So I went to his clinic, I was waiting about 2 hours since 12 noon because doctor went for long operation this morning. Finally Dr. Bong was back at 2pm+, then I was walked into the clinic , we are standing at the nurse counter in his room (Not even ask me go in room and seat down talk about patient condition). Doctor starts impatient in his talking. I even remembered Dr said : "I faced patient, the patient (Rose) was not a kid!", "I very scare all this, my part on billing just 3-4k, 10k+ is Sunway charges, talk to Sunway!". Doctor was very impatient answered/talking way. The attitude is bad especially the way he talking. Kindly check with the nurse on duty in his clinic just now. So today I'm know that WE ARE NO NEED TO BE INFORMED TO KNOW MORE BECAUSE PATIENT IS AN ADULT. My intention to meet Doctor is to ask what condition/situation for her (is the appendix burst ? how long she need rest? Does she work ? all question in my mind) and also wish to get some discount on the fees due to the Final Bill is Costs RM23,191 for Appendix Operation for a Domestic Helper. It's ridiculous! Lastly, all nurse and staff are good manner and they are helpful *thumb up*, sorry to say except Dr. Bong JJ.

My experience receiving treatment at Sunway Medical Centre with Dr. Bong Jan Jin. He is an expert in his field. I suffered from gallstones. The detailed service and explanation from the doctor made me confident to undergo surgery to remove the gallstones. The surgery went smoothly, and the process was fast. Thank you very much for your help, Dr. Bong. The doctor's assistant, Lalitha, was also very helpful with the administrative process. Thank you, Sister Lalitha 🙏

The worst doctor I have ever met, his name is Bong Jan Jin. I truly regret it.
