I had my ankle surgery here with Dr. Syed Syafiq, who is competent, helpful and informative. My surgery went well without complications, and my stay during my hospitalization was comfortable. As for the hospital facilities, I appreciate the efficient online booking system that made it easy to schedule my appointments. They have also introduced a new parking system where you can park at Zecon Hotel and take a buggy to the hospital lobby.

1. Very fast services in all treatment 2. Doctor given clear details of diagnosis including suggested next treatment 3. Undergo all treatment such as consultation, xray & others very prompt if compared to other specialist hospital. 4. Good services by the doctor assistance. 5. Doctor try very best level to find solution and brief details of every procedures step by step to clarify any doubt by the patient. 6. Very time discipline to see doctor with sharp appointment time if compared to other private hospital. 7. Appointment concept are based on time agreed by both, doctor & patient is very good and not based on first come first served. It is good for time management for both parties. 290825 - facilities, time taken, doctor n nurse are very good services esp doctor are well knowledged & good advices in all aspects. The only thing need to improve are below ; 1. Lift need to be enhanced - late waiting, create noise in opening & closing. 2. Phsiotherapy unit - need to be opened DAILY within office hours except rest day & public holiday. Notice was closed during lunch hour on friday from 1215pm to 245pm. It very good and customer experience if open during lunch hour by segregation and staggerred lunch hour within the staff. 141125 - fast services based on exactly appointment time without fail so patient can plan well of time management. Doctor well known of every painful (Dr Syed) and able to provide perfect solution. Nurses from registration, doctor assistant, pharmacy & cashier are serving perfect services and act fast.
