The hospital has provided excellent service. The doctor explained the procedure clearly before the operation, ensuring we were well-informed about what to expect and what to do after the surgery. The nurses on Level 14 have also been outstanding, offering attentive care day and night. Overall, the experience has been truly commendable. Thank you dr aznan and nurse!

I had a great experience at MSU Hospital. I was first attended by Dr. Sharifah Khadijah in the ER — she was really sweet, gentle, and caring. Later, I was placed under the care of Dr. Aznan Shuhaili for my gastritis issue and underwent an endoscopy with him. He was very kind and took the time to explain my condition clearly. Nurse Zila, Dr. Aznan’s assistant, was also very helpful in guiding me on how to arrange an appointment and meet Dr. Aznan for my treatment. I truly appreciate her assistance and patience throughout the process. I’ve been to other hospitals before, but my condition only improved after receiving proper treatment here. Alhamdulillah, after a few weeks under Dr. Aznan’s care, my health has gotten much better. The single-bedded room was spacious and comfortable. My only suggestions would be to install noise absorbers, as rooms facing the main road can be quite noisy, and to improve the food quality and variety, especially for patients with gastritis or stomach issues — the taste could also be better. If not for the food and noise issues, this would definitely be a 5-star experience. The doctors, nurses, and overall service were excellent.
