I had a great experience at MSU Hospital. I was first attended by Dr. Sharifah Khadijah in the ER — she was really sweet, gentle, and caring. Later, I was placed under the care of Dr. Aznan Shuhaili for my gastritis issue and underwent an endoscopy with him. He was very kind and took the time to explain my condition clearly. Nurse Zila, Dr. Aznan’s assistant, was also very helpful in guiding me on how to arrange an appointment and meet Dr. Aznan for my treatment. I truly appreciate her assistance and patience throughout the process. I’ve been to other hospitals before, but my condition only improved after receiving proper treatment here. Alhamdulillah, after a few weeks under Dr. Aznan’s care, my health has gotten much better. The single-bedded room was spacious and comfortable. My only suggestions would be to install noise absorbers, as rooms facing the main road can be quite noisy, and to improve the food quality and variety, especially for patients with gastritis or stomach issues — the taste could also be better. If not for the food and noise issues, this would definitely be a 5-star experience. The doctors, nurses, and overall service were excellent.

Comfortable hospital, friendly staff nurses who provided good service. Came for hiatal hernia surgery with Dr. Aznan Suhaili. The doctor is indeed steady 👍

The team is friendly, professional and helpful. The quality of their service I have received has never been anything less than excellent! Dr. Aznan takes pride in his work and has a sense of humuor. He was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to address all my questions and concerns. Highly recommended❤️

Just did operation the other day at msu Great service since ed! Such smooth branula insertion frm MA rahman, and efficient service frm dr aqil & sister liyana! Ed team msu best 🫶🏻 Mr Aznan great explanation pre and post op regarding my condition. And my wound though, turns out so tiny and healed so well!!! Nt to forget dietician pn ain and physio pn adlina for patiently explaining details for my post op recovery. Grateful for it! However notice some nurses at words are totally clueless about their job, did not give medication on time, which is quite a contrast compare to what i ve mention above. But thrs 1 or 2 that are really good at their job! Thank you everyone so much and may god bless bless bless you all
