PCSH is 1 of the best hospital. I been with you guys since my son was born till he is 4 now. This year itself he was admitted 3x, the nurses,Dr - especially Dr lo been very kind and helpful. However there is some space of improvement that would help make our stay better. ASTRO I hope you could consider the channels, it's ridiculously boring and not children friendly. You have astro with 3 channel which is a Malay , Chinese and Tamil channel what about the rest, kids, punjabis ECT. Pls be mindful that we are staying for days and it would help to have logic and right channels. Equipment maintenance. I understand it's not easy to maintain all equipment but there is some that you need to replace or fix like hot water heater it was not working for pead room 201, there is moulding on the chair weight board in the washroom. That's not safe. Cleaning You have very hardworking staff and they are always there to help but despite all that I would suggest you to perform weekly cleaning schedule for the rooms The washroom has insects which is not that safe and good. The built in cabinets needs regular wiping and cleaning it has ants and some tiny insects Lastly I am very thankful for all your kind and beautiful staff that helped my wife and my son during their stay at pead ward Palvinder Singh xox

My nephew has been admitted for 6 days and had absolutely comfort stay there. Very nice and friendly staffs and Doctors. I’d recommend Perak people to come here.

Dr Lo and all the nurses from the Paed ward were simply amazing, warm and friendly. My girl was so comfortable here that she no longer feared taking medication orally and via IV, so much so that she refused to remove her IV (make believe aeroplane of hers). I'd give it five stars as my daughter was in safe hands and got excellent care here. Food was decent too, suited for kids and adults alike. The rooms are dated but comfortable, room hygiene upon check in wasn't the best but they instantly got it cleaned the moment we mentioned it. Some preventive pest control could be helpful too, with the number of ants living in the damp bathroom walls. Overall, highly recommended!

Our family's favorite hospital..my husband and daughter are all sick and admitted here, love the calm environment, not crowded with people, really feels private. Love the service from Dr. Lo Wan Yi, she treated my daughter very well.. affordable private hospital. ♥️

This is my first time coming to this hospital.. It was because I used insurance to cover my child in the ward, influenza... My child stayed in ward 351 for 4 nights... Dr. Lowy is very good. On time to check my child.. always positive vibes. Always encouraging me and my child to get well soon.. All the nurses who come to treat my child are very good.. caring, friendly.. The staff who serve food are also very good. They are friendly when greeting patients.. the food is delicious... the rooms are very comfortable.. the staff are all very nice.. I am satisfied.. Only thing is.. the discharge time is very long.. from noon to evening waiting for you..
