I recently visited Dr. Jaideep Singh, Gastroenterologist at KPJ Damansara 2, and had an excellent experience. He carried out a thorough examination and provided a clear, detailed explanation of my diagnosis. I truly appreciate his attentiveness and professionalism throughout the entire process. His staff, Ms. Salinah, was polite, efficient, and incredibly helpful, and the entire endoscopy unit team was equally supportive. My day admission and gastroscopy were managed smoothly and with great care. Overall, the service I received was outstanding, and I highly recommend.

I had my scope done by Dr. Jaideep and the whole experience was genuinely smooth from start to finish. The procedure went perfectly without any issues and I felt completely at ease the entire time. My diagnosis was explained very clearly and the next steps have been smooth and easy to follow. His medical staff were kind, friendly and very attentive. They made sure I was comfortable before, during and after the procedure. I also want to highlight Salinah, his front office nurse. She is incredibly helpful, informative and always quick to assist with any questions or concerns. Overall, I am really grateful for the level of care provided. Highly recommended.

I would like to thank Dr Jaideep Singh for his professionalism and competency during my endoscopy and colonoscopy procedure on 25 Nov 2023. He did an excellent job by removing multiple polyps and took sample for biopsy. He spent more than 30mins during colonoscopy carefully examining as shown in the video from the thumb drive given to me. I would highly recommend anyone who needs endoscopy or colonoscopy to go to him. He's a skillful consultant specialist doctor.
