Special thanks to Prof Dr Zulkiflee Abu Bakar the ENT Specialist & all the attended Nurse at Wad Delima, Level 9 during my son's admission from 31/7/2024 - 06/08 2024. Prof Zul & the attended nurses are very professional, attentive, polite & helpful to all our needs & request. Thanks to: Prof Dr Zul & Nurses namely Afnidar, Syakirah, Hafiza, Zuhairah, Shafieza, Pavitra, Ainur and others. 💕❤️

Expensive, waited for an hour past scheduled appointment, waited another 45 minutes to get an invoice and medication. Got the medication and it is a cheap decongestant (cheap as in the spray hardly functions) I could buy in the pharmacy for RM10 and some over the counter antihistamines. I’m not questioning the prescribed treatment, but the wait times, shoddy pharmacy service and second rate products don’t justify the cost. I won’t be coming back. I immediately cancelled my follow up with Dr Mohd Zulkiflee Abu Bakar and will seek a better all round service if the problem persists.
