Recently my father had boil at his back part of his body with pus and bleeding. Consulted Dr Vikinesan and he said have to do minor surgery to remove the boil due to infection as daycase, but once done minor surgery on 29/07/2025, he found that wound is deep and adviced my father to admit until 01/08/2025 so that he can monitor the wound and can do dressing two times a day and antibiotic injection was given and will stitch the wound on 01/08/2025 morning and can discharge by same day evening. All went smooth and my father had discharged as Dr predicted. My father had been treated by Dr Yeap Soon Hock also during this admission since he is a stroke patient with hypertension and diabetic. He had been under Dr Yeap Soon Hock's treatment for his condition since October 2016 and everything was under control after had regular follow up with Dr Yeap Soon Hock. During the recent admission, his blood glucose was high due to the infection and Dr Yeap Soon Hock had given treatment to reduce the blood glucose level. Special thanks to both Dr Vikinesan and Dr Yeap Soon Hock for their treatment, Surgical ward nurses also for giving him a good care since he is a stroke patient and the risk of falling is high. Hence the nurse had fitted a tag with wording risk of fall on my father's wrist and they will monitor him by CCTV when we're not around. Not forgotten OT and Daycare staffs who handled my father's case, Pharmacy department which had supplied medicine for him, Food and Beverage department which had supplied meals for him, business office staffs, insurance claim department, and many other departments who are involved during his admission period at Bagan Specalist Centre.

Such a lovely experience with Dr Yeap for treating my hyperthyroid. Including very caring, soft-spoken staff/nurse(Norzawiah), and always making sure I was okay. Thank you for treating me with so much kindness!

Had a super experience with Dr Yeap Soon Hock, Dr Loh Chow Chin, and a doctor that we met in emergency room (not knowing his name sadly). They could not have been any more professional, caring and compassionate. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! Also a few areas to improve are the refund process, some of the nurses could be more gentle during injection and the waiting time.
