i had a very positive experience throughout my daughter admission. From the moment we arrived, the ground staff were courteous, professional and attentive. The nurses are kind, compassionate when needed. CA Erra from Clinic Dept are very helpful in giving us instructions since we're 1st timer here. Admitted under Dr.Azirawati , she was very Professional and took time explaining to us in a very clear way.

Excellent Care for My Son – Thank You ❤️ I want to express my deepest gratitude to the amazing DR Azirawati and nurses in Paediatric Ward 8 who took such great care of my son during 6 day of his treatment. From the moment we arrived, they were kind, professional, and incredibly attentive. The doctor was thorough in explaining everything to us, answering our questions with patience and care. It made us feel reassured and confident in the treatment plan. The nurses was gentle, compassionate, and always made sure my son was comfortable and not afraid. Their calm and caring manner made a difficult time much easier for our family. Thank you both for your dedication and for going above and beyond. We’re truly grateful for the care and kindness you showed us. Just a little thought - I suggest the play area infront of the nurse counter should be terminate - it could lead various infections to the children on treatment playing on that area as my son one of the infected 🥲 Sometimes it will be quite noisy as my son’s ward just infront of the play area. Can hear they throwing the toys & shouting inside the ward. Those children didn’t care what time want to play. I need to open white-noise on tv to make my son sleep well. I didn’t blame the kids playing there - yap it’s quite boring during treatment or maybe can build on other area so other children can rest well during treatment. Just my 2 cents & hope there will be some improvement after this 🙏🏻
