Thank you to every staff member of PCMC who have made my inpatient stay a wonderful and a comfortable experience. To Dr Deepak, Ms Fiza, you’re a gem. To the OT staff - SN Aiman who was very calm and makes me feel less panicky before going in. The quirky Dr Syed Rozaidi, you certainly make me feel like I am there for a spa session instead of a procedure😂😂 To the ward 5F nurses (special note to SN Fazlie) where everyone was gentle, kind and patient in catering to my needs and pains. Food was delicious, well certainly well beyond any other hospital food i have tasted. Something trivial to some people but this is where i think most hospital management underestimate and overlook this aspect by serving lousy food. Food is also road to recovery especially well cooked and healthy diet just like how PCMC presents it. One small tiny comment though, make more effort to upkeep your rooms. I love the room as it is very exclusive but the whole look was dampen when i took a good look at the curtains. Bad choice of color for the night curtain and pls make an effort to iron your day curtain. Otherwise, a ward stay in PCMC was through and through something great to shout about!!
