Thank you immensely Regency for your excellent and dedicated treatments rendered by Dr Hu Mung Chee at the A & E department on 10th Feb 22. Dr Hu’s team of angel nurses were also very patient, especially this Muslim lady ,very slim petite nurse whom unfortunately I didn’t get her name. As my father is a tracheotomy patient, we have in fact sought treatment at Regency A&E numerous times. All the doctors we encountered at A & E were highly professional and kind to my father. Having worked outside Malaysia for almost 30yrs, it is indeed very assuring and heart warming to have such exceptional quality of medical treatment and genuine care at Regency Specialist Hospital. Thank you most gratefully for caring, healing our spirits in dad’s journey of aging, sicknesses ..keep up your awesome passion for your patients. Thank you for your invaluable presence in JB. It's a terrible doctor (Hu Mung Chee) & (Lu Hou Tee) They acting that they were a professional doctor in this specialist They update patients family about patients illness but when patient family have questions to ask,they just will reply (OK,OK YOU CAN GO OUT TO WAIT) Dc Hu Mung Chee write 4 chinese words in a sheet of A4 paper and ask patient family search google if you don't understand! They forever won't reply your question and patient family have no chance to ask! In the end they transfer patient out to another specialist and said only this specialist want to accept.If HSA or HSI also don't want to accept due to many illness! I feel sad and non recommended!
