Dr. Othmaliza Othman is a distinguished Ophthalmologist with a specialized focus on Oculoplastics, Orbit, and Lacrimal Surgery. Having completed subspecialty training in 2020 under leading surgeons in Malaysia and Japan, she brings extensive expertise to UKM Specialist Centre (UKMSC). Dr. Othman is deeply committed to medical education, actively teaching students and trainees, and aspires to innovate surgical teaching tools. Her research contributions include publications in peer-reviewed journals, with recent works in 2025. She also serves as the Course Director for the Fellowship in Oculoplastic, Orbit & Lacrimal Surgery (OOLs) at UKM, demonstrating her leadership in advancing the field.
