The level of care, patience, and reassurance they showed truly made me feel safe and heard throughout the whole experience. Dr Janani is the kind of doctor who tells you the facts honestly while still showing genuine concern and compassion towards her patients. She takes the time to explain things clearly without making you feel judged or dismissed, which is something so rare and valuable. Nurse Vee was also incredibly warm, attentive, and caring, constantly making sure I was comfortable and emotionally supported.
