My wife has just safely delivered our third baby in KPJ section 20 where the doc in charge is Dr. Mastura. She is very professional, soft spoken and understanding. The nurses supporting the ops and assigned at wards are very polite and professional as well. Overall we are very satisfied with the services and will not be hesitant to repeat the same option if we are having the 4th. We had our 1st & 2nd delivered in Salam section 19 & Annur section 6 previously and i think this is our best experience so far in term of birth delivery services The accommodation facility may not be as new as Avisena and MSU but its really depending on personal preference. As for us the service is top priority hence we are very satisfied and really have nothing to complain Cafe and mynews available at GF, parking is OK. Birth delivery package Price offered is one of the cheapest available in Shah Alam private hospital (Total cost including Rapid covid test, 2 nights is only RM3750) and on top of that you got free a baby car seat

Just delivered my baby here under Dr. Mastura. As stated by previous review, she was very kind, humble, soft-spoken & understanding. She was very calm and the delivery process went very smooth alhamdulillah. I highly recommend her. Everything was good, except for 2 things. The billing process during discharge take too long. Hope you can improve on that. Second one is the breastfeeding consultant lady. I felt that she was harsh & judgmental. Its up to the mother to bf or use fm to feed the baby. Please know that all mother wants the best for the baby. She lack understanding eventhough she is a woman herself. She even laugh sarcastically & commenting that I bring a teddy bear for my newborn which is annoying. This lady need to fix her attitude with patient, mind her own business & just do her job right.

My first childbirth experience with Dr. Mastura, Alhamdulillah, I am grateful to have chosen KPJ Shah Alam. Initially, I was a bit hesitant because the counter staff didn't smile at all when we asked questions. Even government hospitals can smile nicely. But that was the only thing that wasn't good; everything else was very good in how they treated us. The staff were good, the doctor was good. The ward food was also incredibly delicious. The charges were also reasonable, not as expensive as other private hospitals. The only downside was the limited dining options for visitors within the hospital, requiring us to go outside.
