This is my second time experience with KPJ Bandar Maharani Muar. My son is admitted now at level 6 room no. 612. This is second day for him. I’m really satisfied with their service. The nurses, staff, physiotherapist and doctors especially Dr. Choo were all kind, attentive, and professional. The treatment all going smoothly. My previous experience for discharge processing was very bad because of insurance claim (morning 9.30am my son discharge but we going back at 5.30pm). So this time, I request do not repeat again same problem when my son discharge. Thank you KPJ Bandar Maharani Muar for celebrate my son 7th year's birthday with surprise gift and playing guitar. This time discharge processing all going very fast. No any issues with insurance claim. This time we going back 12.30pm. I’m really satisfied with their service. Thank you so much.

We had a very pleasant experience here and are very thankful to Dr Choo and all of the staff at Emergency and Premier Ward Lvl 6. Thank you so much for taking care of my daughter untill she fully recovered. All of the staff dan doctors are very friendly and helpful throughout our daughter admission here.

The service is good and comfortable. The nurses carry out their duties well and smoothly. The pediatrician, namely DR Choo, provides excellent treatment and speaks softly.
