Always first choice hospital for me to visit if any health issue. I would like to thank to all the doctor and nurses especially Nurse SN Sakthy provide great guidance and support during paediatric care of my child.

Got my daughter warded here with treatment. The emergency stand-in doctor was good, pediatric doctor was fine, but the comm between each dept is so slow and have miss communication as well. Good thing no issue with the treatment. Requested for early discharge with RM400 deposit. Staff mentioned will call 1 day later or maybe a few hours to come back for refund process. 1 week later without any calls, went over for refund but apparently haven't processed the bill yet, so unable to get my refund. My question is easy, so in this case, if there's no early discharge and your billing team takes so long to get the billing with the insurance company, will my daughter be forced to stay in hospital for another week? Holding my money in ransom for something I stick to your procedure is not a good thing. 400 bucks could've fed my family for 3-4 weeks! ---- It's been another week since I've last reviewed, and still no call received.

Worst, doc staff and all service are worst. My son is 1 year 5 months old and has a fractured bone, came to this hospital because it is the nearest hospital. Came to the hospital at 10.50 pm until 2.41 am and it was over. That too without treatment. Just told to go to the government hospital on the grounds that there is no pediatrician. Such a waste of time. In a 1st place if there is no pediatrician, why didn't you tell him early when registering? Mykad doesn't even put the age of 21 years old when registering. Why didn't you tell him early and caused a loss of time and money

My daughter got admitted here for 3 days. Was being treated by Doctor Yong. Great hospitality from the nurses and staff from MD6, staff nurse PCA Nurul. All staff very friendly and helpful, special thanks for helping ease my daughter’s treatment here ♥️♥️♥️♥️ Will definitely give 10 stars if got option here 😊 …

Good service from all staff, all friendly..food is also the best.stay at ward md6 room 125. in charge under doc yong..very soft spoken.pca nurul is very helpful..room is also clean and tidy..
